How revisions work
A round is one list of changes you send within 3 business days of getting the draft.
Any number of small edits fit in a round: words, photos, colors, the order of sections.
New pages or features after we agree on the scope are quoted separately, $197 per page or a written price.
After launch, edits go through your care plan.
Pricing questions
When do I pay?
50% when you decide to launch, and 50% on launch day. Nothing before you have seen your homepage.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The price we quote on the call is the price, unless you add pages or features later. Those are quoted before we do them.
What's included in hosting?
Hosting, SSL and security checks are part of every care plan. Your first 30 days are included with your launch.
Do I need a care plan?
We host your site on our platform, so a care plan keeps it online. Site Care at $97 a month is the smallest plan.
Do I own my website?
Your domain, logo and photos are yours, and so are the words we write once the final payment is in. If you leave, we hand over all your text, images and the page outline.
What if I don't have a domain yet?
We will help you register one in your name. You keep the login. We only need you to add the records we send, or invite us as a helper on your account.
What if you miss the launch date?
Your next 3 months of Care + Weekly Scorecard are on us. The clock starts once your deposit and content are in.
