Terms of Service

1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply when you use ontarget.studio, book a call with On Target Studio ("we", "us"), or buy a website or care plan from us. Your written proposal or invoice adds the details for your project. If the two disagree, the proposal wins.
2. Previews
We build your homepage preview before your call at our cost. It's for you to review. It doesn't become yours until you buy a package. We may reuse the layout for other work, but never your name, logo, photos or words.
3. Packages and prices
Your package, price, page count, revision rounds and launch date are written in your proposal before work starts. Prices on our site are in US dollars and may change, but the price in your accepted proposal won't.
4. Payment
You pay 50% to start and 50% on launch day, unless your proposal says otherwise. We start the work when the deposit is paid. If the final payment is late, we may hold the launch or pause the site until it's paid. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.
5. Your content
You send us your logo, photos, service list, license number and anything else you want on the site. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that what it says is true, including any license numbers, insurance claims and reviews. We aren't responsible for content you give us.
6. Timeline and the on-time promise
Your launch clock starts when your deposit and your content are in. If we miss the launch date in your proposal for reasons on our side, your next 3 months of Care + Weekly Scorecard are on us. Time spent waiting on your content, feedback, approvals or domain access doesn't count against us.
7. Revisions and changes
A revision round is one list of changes sent within 3 business days of receiving the draft. Your package says how many rounds you get. New pages or features after the scope is agreed are a change order, priced at $197 per page or by written quote. If you don't respond for 10 business days, we pause the project. If we still haven't heard from you 30 days after that, we close it, and the deposit covers the work done.
8. Ownership
Your domain, logo and photos stay yours. The words we write for your site become yours when the final payment is in. The site runs on our platform while you're on a care plan. If you leave, we hand over your text, images and page outline.
9. Hosting and care plans
Every launch includes your first 30 days of Care + Weekly Scorecard. After that, your care plan renews monthly. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. When a care plan ends, we stop hosting the site and send your content package.
10. Weekly Scorecard
The Scorecard uses data from tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile. We report what those tools show. We can't promise any number of calls, leads, visits, reviews or search rankings.
11. Texts and emails
If you agree to texts, we text you about your appointment and project. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
12. Limits on our liability
We do careful work, but websites depend on outside services like hosting, domain companies and Google. We aren't liable for losses caused by those services, or for lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
13. Ending a project
Either of us can end a project in writing. If you end it after work has started, the deposit covers the work done and isn't refunded. Our two written promises (see your homepage first, and on time or 3 months of care on us) are the guarantees we offer.
14. Florida law
These terms follow Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
15. Changes and contact
