Who we are
On Target Studio builds websites for small businesses. We're at 4373 Hunters Park Ln, Orlando, FL 32837. You can reach us at (321) 424-6551 or hello@lyon-ai.com. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean On Target Studio.
What we collect
- What you tell us when you book a call, fill in a form or work with us: your name, email, phone number, business name, the city and state you serve, your industry, your services, your website goals, your site language, your current website and your Google Business Profile or social link.
- What you send us for your project, such as your logo, photos, service list, hours, license number and reviews.
- Messages, emails and call notes between you and us.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We don't see or store your full card number.
- Basic website analytics, such as which pages people visit and what kind of device they use. We use Google Analytics for this, which uses cookies.
How we use it
- To build your preview, run your call and reply to you
- To send booking confirmations and reminders
- To quote, build, launch and look after your website
- To send your Weekly Scorecard if you're on a plan that includes it
- To bill you
- To see which pages on our site people use, so we can improve it
Text messages
If you check the box agreeing to texts, we send texts about your appointment and your project, such as confirmations, reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or buying anything.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone else for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run our business, and only what they need:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), which runs our website, booking calendar, forms and customer records
- Google, for analytics, video calls and, if you give us access, your Business Profile data for your Scorecard
- Stripe, for payments
- Our phone and email providers
We may also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell your information.
Data from your accounts
If you give us access to your Google Business Profile, Analytics or Search Console, we use it only to build and report on your website. You can remove our access at any time from your Google account.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a lead or a client, and for as long as we need it for taxes, accounting and legal reasons after that. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@lyon-ai.com or call (321) 424-6551.
- To stop texts, reply STOP.
- To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or reply and tell us.
- To limit analytics cookies, use your browser settings or Google's opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit who on our team can see client information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or card numbers by email or text.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
